At BougeRV, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are still intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
